` Brixham , Devon ` C. 1930`s - Oil on canvas 30 x 40 " ( Private collection - The current owner inherited this painting from her grandfather who was Gyrth`s landlord in Doncaster - Apparently Gyrth couldn`t afford the rent and gave this painting plus a 30 x 40 of Padstow in lieu of the rent ! )
